Redefine yourself took place between 26th June/ 3rd July in Zakynthos - and aimed at both evaluating the achievements and challenges of the past months, as well as looking at the ways of improving human and organisational capacity building of young people and youth organizations through new and innovative personal development tools. Here, participants had the chance to share their own experience of using the tools learned during the training course and proposed new ones.
Also, training was envisaged as a space for developing future partnerships among those involved. These were based on the ideas already developed within the project lifetime.
NECI Cyprus was represented by 2 members and an trainer. At what follows we provide our members reflections and photos from the Activity.
The whole programme was a very interesting experience for me as it was The first time i took part in an action of erasmus and discuss with young People from 10 different countries.
It was very usfull for me to take part in so many activities like ice breaking activities, energizers, and team building activities like the activity mission impossible which demand the cooperation between all mempers of each team. I also enjoy the simulations activities and role play especially job interviews.
One topic that it was very useful for me to revise and see it from the aspect of nonformal education was emotional inteligence.
Further more it was very interesting that we have the chance to get interwies from locals and learn something about Zakynthos.
I also enjoy the free time as i get to know with interesting People and make New friends. The Day trip to the shipwreck and blue caves was amazing!
I feel that the discussions we had in groups help me to see some topics from a different point of view and redefine my self!!

During this training course I I have the chance to exchange my view on varied problem of youngsters life as such interview problem with them parents and also I learn new working methods related to non formal education.
After those simulation and discussion i find myself more aware about how other youth workers work and think. Its was quite interesting the group dynamics because we have age diversity and we can see how the opinion changes age to age.
I personal enjoy the simulation swot analysis role playing because its was something that i expected to do during this tc. Made me to learn something about myself and think staff usually don't. Also i like the session with mandalas.
