During the TC in Turkey, the themes will be approached in workshops and smaller work groups. We will try to make sure that the participants will be able to express their opinions and themselves through activities that are varied and interactive and will rely upon the abilities and strengths of the participants.
At the first day we met the participants of the training course “SMARTD” and we started to get into the topic of the project with an import and through games and some presentations! We also mention our exceptions from this program and the reason we participate in this!!
The rest of the days we get into the topic of the project through workshops and presentations and this also help us to meet each other better! We learn and gained a lot from these project, especially about reports and essays, cyber bulling, how to make and use website (wix), personal branding! For us the best parts was the time that we create our new project and sell our self, cause we saw our thoughts and ideas through a team work and from “impossible” be “possible”!!
As general evaluation, I believe that the training was high quality and delivered successfully by all the trainers involved. The theoretical notions and the practical exercises were delivered in a progressive way, from simple to more complex, and the overall feeling was that of the developing of a personal growth day after day. Sharing ideas, points of view and experiences with such a great number of people from many different nationalities was one of the strengths of the training. Moreover, the trainers were skilled and very professional, able to transfer their baggage of knowledge and experience to the participants.
We will never forget this project and the whole experience we gained from this! We now have friends in other countries and many memories to remember from them!!
We are really thankful for this opportunity we had and we can’t wait to meet again our friends and to participate to more projects like this one!!
